It's 12 weeks until Christmas and we all want to be looking our best, so now's the time to get on board a 12 week fitness program. But which one do you choose? There's so many available these days! We've pulled together a list of the most popular women's online fitness programs to help you decide which one's best for you.
1. Kayla Itsines - Bikini Body Guide
Kayla, the queen of the Bikini Body Guide #bbg fitness program, became an Instagram sensation by showing her clients amazing before and after photos. Her 12 week program to get Bikini Body Confident has an online membership cost of $19.99 per month. The other option is to just buy the ebook for $69.97, then you've got access to it even if you cancel your membership. The program is made up of 3 workouts a week lasting 28 minutes, which you can do at home or the gym with basic gym equipment such as hand weights and skipping ropes. 2. Michelle Bridges - 12 Week Body Transformation
We've all seen Michelle on the Biggest Looser, and she's one tough woman! Her 12WBT program focuses on nutrition, fitness and mindset. There are 6 different fitness programs to choose from for all fitness levels, including pregnancy, post baby, weight loss, running and strength focused programs plus a full meal planner to match your fitness goals, all for a cost of $199. 3. Ashy Bines - Squad Project
Ashy's 8 week (yes only 8 weeks!), Squad Project started on 2 October. Ashy's following 5 women over the next 8 weeks as they work through her program and you can join the challenge for a cost of $51.99 by downloading the app in the Apple store. There's a personalised nutrition and fitness plan on offer as well as support forums. We haven't tried Ashy's app, but it's going to be great following the journey of these 5 women. Follow @ashybines
4. Couch to 5K
If your looking to take up running to get into shape, it's hard to go past this free app, Couch to 5K. There's no celebrity profiles around this one, it's just an app that gets you running 5kms in 12 weeks. We've tried it and it works. It's also a great idea to sign up for a charity run to have as a goal to keep you motivated. Nothing to lose with this one except a few kilos.
Be warned, all of these fitness program workouts are hard! Bikini body greatness doesn't come easy!! You will feel pain, and you most likely struggle to walk up the stairs the next day, but it will be worth it when you see the results.
