Our office has become obsessed with Smoothie Bowls, we can't get enough of these bowls of deliciousness, it's even better that they're healthy!

Aussie Vegan Instagramer and YouTuber Cherie Tu aka @thrivingonplants has shared some of her recipes with us. They're so easy to make! Just wiz all the ingredients in the blender and top with some fresh fruit and nuts. 

Pink Pitaya Bowl: 1 frozen banana, small handful of frozen raspberries and frozen strawberries, 3-4 pieces watermelon, splash of Pure Cocobella coconut water and 2 tsp Unicorn Super Foods pink pitaya powder. Topped with fresh fruit and dried goodies. 

Purple Blackberry & Lemon Bowl: 1 frozen banana, handful frozen blackberries, handful frozen blueberries, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 piece lemon rind, splash of Pure Cocobella coconut water and 2 tsp Unicorn Super Foods black goji berry powder. Topped with fresh fruit and dried goodies. 

Blueberry Bowl: 2 frozen bananas, 3-4 frozen mango chunks, handful fresh & frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp shredded coconut, splash of Pure Cocobella coconut water and 2 tsp Unicorn Super Foods blue spirulina. Topped with fresh fruit and dried goodies.
